Studio Pump is a fast paced, barbell-based workout that’s designed to help you gain confidence when using a barbell for different movements. Perfect for if you’re wanting to learn how to carry out movements safely and if you want a fast pace workout to finish your day!
We break the movements up into 3-4 sections that last 8-12 minutes each so that you can really push yourself during that time (as well as having a rest in between!)
