At CJ's Gym we're passionate about improving mental health through exercise, whether that's improving confidence, strength or building resilience.

In January 2022, I found the SCQF Award In Mental Health & Exercise Coaching and knew I wanted to expand my knowledge.

Since, have been learning, growing and developing my skills as a coach, whilst connecting with other amazing coaches who share my passion for mental health and exercise.

- I will not force you to prioritise the numbers on the scale, but instead use other ways to measure progress that will make you feel good!
