 If you want to improve your Confidence, Mental Strength and get a full body workout in then our Full Body Strength class is for YOU!

In 'Full Body Strength' we focus on creating a workout that's going to help you feel confident when you come to the gym alone.
 
By demonstrating each movement and giving you individual tips and support where needed you will be your most confident self heading into a gym for a workout outside of classes.
 
We incorporate different free weights, bodyweight movements, resistance machines & exercises to help you be more open-minded to try new things, take risks and appreciate what your body can do.

As you choose your own weights, Full Body Strength is perfect for both Beginners and more Advanced gym goers and all movements can be scaled to your ability so don't be afraid to come as a complete beginner, we've got you covered!
 

Join us for Full Body Strength on: 
Mondays at 6:15am, 9:30am & 5:30pm (45 Minute Class)
Wednesdays at 6:15am, 9:30am (60 Minute Class) & 6:00pm (45 Minute Class)
Saturdays at 9:00am (60 Minute Class)
