If you want to improve your Confidence, Mental Strength and get a full body workout in then our Full Body Strength class is for YOU!
In 'Full Body Strength' we focus on creating a workout that's going to help you feel confident when you come to the gym alone.
By demonstrating each movement and giving you individual tips and support where needed you will be your most confident self heading into a gym for a workout outside of classes. -
Never skip upper body day ladies! Upper strength focuses on a variety of upper body exercises to improve your strength and stamina. Suitable and adaptable for all ages and abilities.
Upper body is a great way to push yourself, increase fitness and join like minded women whilst doing so. We work on a variety of movements over 6 week blocks; such as bench press, pull ups and bicep curls. We will support you with correct form and technique - every single time you come.
Towards the end of the class, we do a short AMRAP of around 10 minutes. AMRAP stands for as many rounds as possible, and you're going to complete as many rounds as you can during a high intensity workout.

Our Hyrox-inspired fitness class is designed to push your endurance, strength, and grit to new levels!
Combining functional strength training with high-intensity cardio; this class mimics the demands of a Hyrox competition, featuring exercises like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls and running intervals.
Whether you're preparing for a race or just looking to challenge yourself in a dynamic and supportive environment, this class will help you build stamina, power and mental toughness. Perfect for all fitness levels, it's your chance to train like a true athlete.

If you want to improve your core strength, coordination and enter your Pilates era then we've got you covered!
We offer both 'Power Pilates' and 'Flow Pilates'.Power Pilates combines core-strengthening Pilates movements alongside dynamic exercises for a full body workout. This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength and endurance.
Expect a challenging yet accessible class that targets core, glutes, arms and legs.
Flow Pilates is a full body workout that combines gentle mobility flows with light activations to improve flexibility and posture giving an overall body awareness. Aiming to manage stress and assist in relaxation - the perfect wind-down!

If you want to reduce stress in daily life and learn how to allow your body to be able to adapt then Boxercise is a class for YOU!
Boxercise is one of our most popular classes combining cardiovascular fitness, high intensity intervals and boxing pad work.
We work a lot on technique making this class fun, energetic and suitable for all abilities.
In Boxercise, you'll do more than just punch. Get ready to master footwork, defensive moves like bobbing and weaving, and engage in core workouts and back exercises. Boxercise targets not only your arms but your entire body, aiding in toning, fat burning, and weight loss all at once.

If you want improve your Confidence & Aspirations not only in the gym but in life too then Studio Pump is the class for YOU!
Studio Pump is a fast paced, barbell-based workout that’s designed to help you gain confidence when using a barbell for different movements. Perfect for if you’re wanting to learn how to carry out movements safely and if you want a fast pace workout to finish your day!
We break the movements up into 3-4 sections that last 8-12 minutes each so that you can really push yourself during that time (as well as having a rest in between!)

If you want a high intensity workout where you'll challenge your body and will learn to appreciate what it can do and improve your confidence then 'Savage Sunday' is the class for YOU!
Savage Sunday is a 45 minute very achievable circuit based class where you will complete 10-12 stations filled with bodyweight and functional exercises to get your heart rate up.
Although this class is challenging, there are always movements that we can scale to your current ability to help you to progress.

'Metcon' is short for metabolic conditioning, metcon workouts tend to be high-intensity and combine strength and cardio conditioning. They are designed to help you to get fitter, stronger and faster!
